Jim DeCesare
Currently Production Director with WLCY FM in Blairsville, PA, and WCNS AM in Latrobe, he can be heard doing the weather and news weekday afternoons as well as his Jazzz Impressions show Sunday mornings (An article on Jim and the show by Jason Togyer appeared in the Tribune-Review a while back), and also doing commercial voiceovers on WLCY, and presumably at other times on WCNS. He's also doing TV commercial voiceovers.
