Geoff Miller

By his own accounts, "worked at Z107/WHJB full-time from '84-'89... and part-time ever since". He left Z107 as a full-time employee in 1989 and went to work writing for an advertising agency in Jeanette. There, he did quite a bit of TV work; They had their own video production facility, which he eventually managed from 1990 to 1992. He then worked as a freelance writer/producer from 1992 through 1996, when his favorite client made me an offer. He's been a writer/producer for Wix Pix Productions ever since; They do corporate/industrial & commercial video, audio, photography & cdrom. "(Things we did that you may have seen are commercials for pittsburghLIVE.com, American Outfitters, Conemaugh Health Systems, Thermal-Guard windows w/Dick Van Patten, Red Star Brewery, US Bank, Hoss's Steak & 'Sea House.)" Also, since 1995 he's written a weekly humor column that appeared in the Tuesday Standard-Observer and in 'The Informer', Westmoreland On-Line's E-zine. He says, "Writing my own stories is something I had always wanted to do." Over 180 pieces have been published. Visit his
