Continued doing sports at WHJB for a while after the end of Z107 until the station was sold. Moved on to WCNS/WLCY for a few months before becoming the sports editor of the Irwin Standard Observer. When that paper was shut down as a daily by the Tribune-Review, he moved on to McKeesport, and became the assistant sports editor at the Daily News.
